Hello all,

I need help from one of the administrators. Where should I go for that?

long story short, I have had trouble logging into the site. I tried resetting my password but that didn't work. It might be that be that my account details are out of date.

I have since created another email address (as my current one was already in use by another user!) and have now signed in as a new member. The hope is that I can retrieve my original account (user name - Orangery). I know it still exists as I found it after a member search after logging in with my new temporary account. However, there's others that are also me while attempting to create a new account:

Orangery_temp

On top of the list is my original account that I would like restored please. It has exactly the same name as the one below it but has a points tally and a list of games. All the others have no points and no info, so they need to be deleted if that's possible. I never received passwords for them (I looked in spam etc).

Sorry it got messy but hope someone can help. Thank you.

The top account is the one I wish to retrieve and the bottom one is my temporary account. The latter I'd like to keep until my original 2003 account is restored.

Hi, I sent an email to the address associated with your main account asking if you wanted a password reset. If you respond to the email with an affirmative then I can reset the password.

Joshtek,

I guess it went to the wrong email address as I didn't see it. Did you send it to ...tiscali.co.uk? That's obsolete, so it might have been that I never updated it. If that's the case, could you please send your message again to ds.orangery@gmail.com (or maybe you could change it?). I would still need to create a new password for it though.

Just to clarify, my current account is the one where I have 924 points.
